Thank you so much for bringing this app to us the public and the users. I have always had issues having a virtual credit card I can use online to make my transactions without having to use my real credit card with no success at all but since I found Paysika, it has been very successful and easy to use. I love it. I use everywhere online and it goes through whereas other apps would tell me card declined. It works like magic just like a real physical card.
Only problem I have is you cannot withdraw your money back into your mobile money account but that is not really a problem very minor for me as I don’t need it. I haven’t encountered any major problems since I’ve been using the app.
Customer service is very responsive and very very helpful. I will recommend this app any day, any time.

Don’t use this app
These guys are not serious at all. For more than a month now these guys are supposed to refund my money to me after they have confirmed that they will refund it they never did. I have written several times and nothing. Suddenly they used an excuse to say my card was deleted and that is why it is delaying after waiting for more than 1 month. I suddenly understood that they won’t refund me again and I uninstalled the app on my phone. Please if your money is missing on this app then forget it!!!! They will not refund you!!!! I thought I could use this app, once more they are all the same people. I just thank God that they amount they have it’s not much.

Boring app
This app is really boring the kyc is taking a month then I can’t load more than 3000frs says the card is free but I put 1000 they ask another for me to be able to see my card and another 1000 again to just be browsing and it’s still pending and I can’t even use the account because m’y kyc for the second time it 3 weeks have not been able to be verified
